Lobster Tail, Scallops And Orzo Risotto Style with a Lobster Broth
So I intended to try +Gisela McKay​ 's idea for a lobster bisque but thanks to missing ingredients and a lack of wanting to drive in the snow…the bisque went sideways …so I made a broth to make some Orzo risotto style.. Yep, happy little accidents. Rich way beyond what i usually eat and enough to last a day or two.
