Usenet fishing is an amazing sport. Sometimes you get junk sometimes you get treasure. Case in point..I grabbed 5 or so files by a person named Len Lye with no idea what to expect. Seems this man had some great ideas about kenetic art and music back in the 30’s. Having a few pieces of his work ehlps greatly in understanding what he was geting at.
