Here in the future we still need to look back at our past to see the best examples of how high we can fly.  And one of the coolest quotes I have read of late…"It's a symbol of all the music that was created from it," Clinton says. The Smithsonian is bringing back the funk. Parliament-Funkadelic’s iconic stage prop, which would descend to the stage in a blaze of flashing lights, will anchor a new exhibit.
