This Day In Funny Podcast

Another day and another podcast generated. Each day funny shows broadcast on that day across recorded history will be waiting for you in your podcatcher/device of choice. This time I have focused on funny stuff  that makes me laugh. So far I have included some Goons Shows, You Bet Your Life, I’m Sorry I’ll Read That Again, Believe It Or Kill Me, Stan Freberg, Bob and Ray, PR Gnu s Of the World and the BBC remakes of the Marx Brothers show Flywheel Shyster and Flywheel.  You can subscribe to the podcast at this url  http://tomwsmf.com/podcasts/thisdayinfunny.rss Enjoy.

    The iPhone. I see the nice web page and Rss link but nothing to listen to.

Hmm I just check it in Listen on the droid, on my Google Reader feed, the feeds up at Spokenword.org (http://www.spokenword.org/feed/9502) and on the old bashpodder podcatcher I keep around for testing. I tired it over the house net, over 3g and from an old shell account…they all get the audio file for the day. I am perplexed.

    I don’t want to subscribe to an RSS feed. I want a link to a straight audio file.

    Ah. Well this is a podcast project primarily….but I do not see why I could not craft up a web page with the daily offerings. Give me an hour or two to whip something up.

    With either of those you will get a web page that you can click and listen to the items being offered up on that day. I will try to remember to do this up for other podcasts type projects. Enjoy.

    Looks liked I picked a good date to start messing with auto genning podcasts:)- Yea this one hits all the right goon bells. The feed has currently has 81 of the goons loaded in for the year, I need to go find some more already hosted on the intertubes or I could toss some more up from my collection on archive,org.
