Setup…. I have electric oven/top…. Got my cast iron hot enough to grill the salmon and booom…. black out. The salmon cooked with the decaying heat…. which gives me a new rule of thumb for times when doing salmon. I had to 86 the Israeli Couscous though… not enough stored heat…. so i subbed a spinch, tomato and white peach salad drizzled with balsamic… Fun
