2tb, speaker, usb hub, RasPi B….only fm transmission is to be done….and that is so late as the go to method, PiFM, wont work on the multi core Pis.
Software side, a custom variation of Piratebox for captive portal and file share, VLC for audio streaming and its dang fine web front end controls, COPS as a lighter weight Calibre web front end, Webmin and some pipework to tie them all together.
