Amusing and annoying as CIQ is it is flea bites when you compare it to the machinations into your data/privacy of governments, elected or otherly. CIQ or not…how much of your data is sent in the clear? How much of your voice transmissions are sent unencrypted? Call CIQ and the carriers on thier crud but also remember to make sure you are doing what needs doing to give yourself the level of privacy you are demanding……as a wise person once said…."Crack dont smoke itself"
