OK so we have tried this before…the honest reporting of my largess getting smalless…but reporting and the like were my undoing. The Fit Bit device acts as a wireless Big Brother device, so long as I have it on my person it reports activity or lack there of back via my phone, table or home computer…three devices most always in range. I can say now that the food journals, which I have to hand enter, are probably going to be erratic at first…let us see if wanting to save face gets me more honest about such  things.
