Tonight we played 12 Days, a clever holiday card game from the mind of +James Ernest . The kids loved it. My oldest boy there is aiming to be a game dev so playing and dissecting games from Mr Ernest is always a pleasure for me as they make great teaching tools . Many of his games have two, if not more, game mechanics/goals in play; winning means learning the pay off/balance between them. 12 Days has elements of trick taking and set collecting game.
