On a whim I picked up a copy of Ship Of Theseus. I must have been dozing when the hoopla was raised about this book. After paying for it I sat down in the bookstore's
cafe only to find my copy had been marked up and stuffed with ephemera. The notes and bits are turning out to be almost as much a story as old man Straka's last tales. I was surprised early on that when the list of suspects was unfurled Prof JRR was not mentioned. The languages vector…yeah. 
I finally bit the inevitable yet imaginary bullet, turned the Kleptones to 12 and headed to the Trader Joes in Denver proper.  Dear lord, while  I missed the Eggplant, the Garlic Naan, the Blood Orange Italian Soda and all the better made foods my kids will eat I did not, NOT, miss the parking lot scene that comes with every Trader Joe's. Â
Yes, I see and acknowledge your very small very eco friendly car…now please stop talking to the not so curious yet now entangled  passerby you are telling your enviromental life story…and  move it out of the traffic lane . Yes Yes I see your very ironically cool Captain Crunch baby-t…please jiggle the jello to the side walk so I can park in the parking spot you have taken up as your conversation pit with what appears to be the cast of the Big Chillimost.Â
In a way, in some demented yet tangible way, those 5 or 10 minuets of parking fury  have made me feel more alive than many other experiences I have had here in the land of the Mile High. And no it is not the Thriving on NYC Anger sort of thing, it is more a sense of the fierce  urgency of now that I am not finding of late.
Maybe its the lack of oxygen, maybe it is the stunning beauty of the mountains…what ever it is it does not rock and roll like Anges Young…it is smooth like Kenny G.Â
Time, long past time probably, I awaken the Kraken, Â Scream for me Denver.Â
